Alpha Rotary Actuator Double-Flat / Oval Adaptor
The Q-DD adaptor connects a square actuator drive to a double-flat valve stem. Often described as an oval adaptor, this range must be selected using the complete stem profile, including the distance across the flats and the curved diameter.

Choose the correct profile
RQDD1408-A matches a 14 mm actuator square; RQDD1710 matches a 17 mm square. These correspond to the standard drives of RE064 and RE076/RE086 respectively. Check the fitted shaft if your actuator has an optional drive. The shorthand labels “14-8” and “17-10” do not describe every valve-side measurement.
